The Senior Clinical Account Specialist plays an important role in this mission by providing advanced clinical and technical expertise, supporting healthcare professionals during electrophysiology procedures and helping customers successfully adopt and optimize J&J MedTech Electrophysiology technologies. The Senior Clinical Account Specialist is an experienced clinical and technical leader responsible for providing expert procedural support across the J&J MedTech Electrophysiology portfolio. This individual serves as a trusted clinical partner to physicians, nurses and technologists while supporting complex electrophysiology procedures, customer education, technology adoption and account development. As a senior member of the field team, the Senior Clinical Account Specialist also plays an important role in mentoring and developing Clinical Account Specialists, supporting the successful introduction of new technologies and partnering with Product Specialists and other cross-functional colleagues to advance customer and business objectives. Key Responsibilities Advanced Clinical & Procedural Support Provide expert clinical and technical support to physicians and healthcare professionals on the safe and effective use of the CARTO 3 System during electrophysiology procedures. Provide advanced procedural support across a broad range of cardiac arrhythmias and complex electrophysiology procedures. Demonstrate advanced expertise across the J&J MedTech Electrophysiology product portfolio , including three-dimensional mapping, diagnostic and ablation catheters, intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) catheters, and radiofrequency (RF) and pulsed field ablation (PFA) technologies. Support customers in optimizing mapping, ablation and procedural workflows based on clinical needs and appropriate product utilization. Anticipate, troubleshoot and resolve clinical, technical and equipment-related issues to support efficient procedures and a high-quality customer experience. Maintain focus and provide continuous clinical and technical support throughout live cardiac procedures in electrophysiology laboratory and operating room environments. Customer Partnership & Account Leadership Serve as a key clinical point of contact for assigned hospital accounts and develop trusted relationships with electrophysiologists, nurses, technologists and other healthcare professionals.
