U.S. Compliance Monitoring and Testing Team Summary: The Senior Compliance Testing Analyst – Annual Planning & Reporting supports the execution, administration, and ongoing management of the Compliance Monitoring & Testing (CM&T) annual plan and reporting processes. This role is responsible for maintaining testing plans, coordinating and implementing plan changes, monitoring execution metrics, and producing accurate and timely management reporting to support leadership decision-making. The analyst partners with Compliance Testing teams and key stakeholders to ensure planning data, reporting, and governance activities are well-organized, transparent, and aligned with program objectives. The role also supports data analysis, reporting automation, dashboard maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Compliance Monitoring & Testing program. Depth & Scope: Exercises sound and expert independent professional judgment and discretion in interacting and communicating with staff and senior management of the Bank with respect to regulatory compliance and risk matters.
