Job Description Team Summary The Delivery & Implementation team is responsible for enabling successful client adoption of Pismo's cloud-native banking and card processing platform across the APAC region. We partner closely with clients, Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Visa stakeholders to deliver seamless onboarding experiences, accelerate platform adoption, and ensure clients achieve their business objectives. As part of the APAC Implementation organization, the team leads complex onboarding and implementation programs for banks, fintechs and financial institutions, providing both strategic guidance and hands-on expertise across platform configuration, API integrations, testing, governance and go-live readiness. What a Senior Consultant, Delivery & Implementation does at Vis a As a Senior Consultant, Delivery & Implementation, you will lead large-scale, business-critical client onboarding and implementation engagements across Pismo's banking and payments platform. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding implementation strategy, platform adoption and API integration approaches while ensuring successful delivery outcomes. In this role, you will oversee complex programs involving multiple stakeholders, regulatory requirements and technical dependencies. You will also lead, coach and develop implementation professionals, helping establish delivery excellence through scalable processes, governance frameworks and reusable best practices. Projects you will be a part of You will contribute to a wide range of strategic client initiatives, including: End-to-end onboarding and implementation of banks, fintechs and financial institutions onto Pismo's cloud-native banking and card processing platform. Complex platform integration programs involving REST APIs, core banking systems, card processing capabilities and third-party ecosystems. Regional and multi-market implementations requiring alignment across regulatory, operational and technical stakeholders. Development of implementation standards, delivery playbooks and governance frameworks that improve scalability and consistency across APAC. Cross-functional initiatives with Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams to enhance platform capabilities and client onboarding experiences.
