This leader will have end-to-end ownership of product strategy, execution, customer outcomes, and team development, with the autonomy and accountability to drive meaningful business impact. Beyond their immediate portfolio, this person will play an important leadership role in shaping Tableau's broader product strategy, organization, and ways of working. The Mandate: Build the Next Generation of Analytics. Lead a strategic product portfolio that advances Tableau's mission to help every person and AI agent see, understand, and act on data. What You'll Actually Be Doing Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and measurable outcomes for a significant area of Tableau's product portfolio, making difficult tradeoffs and ensuring products work together as a cohesive end-to-end experience Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product management organization, recruiting exceptional talent and holding teams accountable for outcomes, not simply feature delivery Partner closely with Engineering and UX leadership to establish a shared product vision, priorities, and execution plan, driving alignment and resolving complex dependencies Take GM-like accountability for customer outcomes, adoption, engagement, and business performance, representing the portfolio in executive strategy discussions and product reviews You're Our Person If...
