About the Team This role supports our Debit Customer Experiences in our Retail Bank Product Space. We are looking for someone looking for someone with a very strong product skillset who is focused on creating a winning debit customer experience across the customer journey. From activating their cards through increasing their engagement to retaining their spend the ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong ability to prioritize and work closely with teams to understand the business drivers/context, has a strong design sense and can partner closely with Design on UX/customer needs research, and can work closely with the tech teams on well-managed delivery. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management New York, NY: $294,100 - $335,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management Philadelphia, PA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management Richmond, VA: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management Wilmington, DE: $245,100 - $279,800 for Sr. Dir, Product Management Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
