This position will demonstrate technical leadership while working and growing with Amazon's global team and domestic and international suppliers to maximize facility and process capability and quality while maintaining safety and cost balance. In addition, we propose optimal solutions for new technical issues that arise with the introduction of state-of-the-art transportation equipment, including automation. By guiding them, we will successfully launch a new sort center and contribute to shortening lead times and reducing transportation costs for products delivered to Japanese customers. In addition, by teaching a wide range of technical skills and empirical knowledge, we will raise the technical skills of the entire team, and furthermore, we will contribute to the scale-up of technology by leading to the standardization of equipment specifications and business processes.
