Overview This role is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technology solutions within the Accounting domain. As a hands-on engineer, you will work across the full software development lifecycle, partnering with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient, and high-performing applications. You will contribute directly to solution design, software development, testing, deployment, and production support while helping to improve engineering standards and delivery practices across the team. The role requires strong technical expertise, a practical approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment. Build, enhance, and support APIs, microservices, distributed applications, and data processing solutions leveraging Spark, Hadoop, and related technologies. Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define requirements, contribute to solution architecture, and deliver effective technology solutions. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes to improve application stability and reliability. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines while deploying and supporting applications on Kubernetes and OpenShift platforms. Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of application performance, reliability, and operational efficiency. How You'll Lead Lead by example through hands-on engineering, technical problem-solving, and active contribution to solution delivery.
