As the Enterprise Architect, you will act as a trusted technology advisor to enterprise customers, helping them achieve their business and digital transformation objectives through innovative networking and digital solutions. Working closely with Account Managers, you will engage customers to understand their priorities, identify outcome-driven use cases and design end-to-end solutions across data centres, campuses, cloud and regional sites. Make An Impact By: Partner Account Managers to proactively engage customers and build trusted-advisor relationships with business and technology stakeholders. Understand customer priorities, challenges and transformation goals and translate them into outcome-driven technology solutions. Lead customer workshops, solution discovery sessions and executive presentations focused on business value and digital transformation. Design innovative, secure and scalable end-to-end network solutions across customer environments, leveraging LAN/WAN, mobile, Wi-Fi, cybersecurity, AI, automation, APIs and digital platforms. Develop business use cases, technical architectures, Statements of Work, Bills of Materials and solution proposals. Ensure solutions are technically robust, commercially competitive and operationally supportable. Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product teams and technology partners to develop integrated multi-domain solutions. Lead technical discussions, demonstrations, Proof of Concepts and Proof of Value activities. Provide technical governance throughout the solution lifecycle to support successful project delivery. Stay current with emerging technologies, market trends and industry best practices. Develop reusable solution blueprints, industry use cases and thought leadership to strengthen Singtel’s market differentiation. Continuously enhance technical, consulting and business knowledge to support evolving customer needs. Singtel Network Solution Archit… Skills for Success: Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise solution architecture, pre-sales consulting or technical consulting with a telecommunications provider, technology vendor or system integrator. Experience designing enterprise networking and digital infrastructure solutions. Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, including Campus LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, Data Centre, Cloud and Telco. Familiarity with networking, cloud and security technologies from Cisco, HPE, Huawei, AWS, Azure or equivalent platforms.
