We’re looking for an experienced Senior Finance Analyst to join our Finance Reporting & Analytics team. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality reporting, analytics and data visualisation solutions that support informed decision-making across Finance and the wider business. You’ll work with modern platforms including Tableau and Power BI, while exploring how AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot can improve reporting, automate processes and generate deeper insights. You’ll join a collaborative team where your technical expertise, curiosity and ideas will be valued. What you’ll be doing: Designing, developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and strategic reporting solutions Enhancing and optimising reporting across Finance and the wider business Developing and maintaining Power BI reports and visualisations where required Partnering with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective analytical solutions Analysing large and complex datasets to produce clear, actionable insights Supporting data quality, reporting governance, certification and access-control processes Identifying opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve efficiency Using AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance reporting, insight generation and ways of working Who we’re looking for: Strong hands-on experience of developing dashboards and reporting solutions in Tableau Good SQL skills and experience working with large or complex datasets Experience of creating reports and visualisations using Power BI Strong analytical, problem-solving and business-requirements gathering capabilities Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience of using or exploring AI-enabled tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI Copilot, Tableau Pulse or generative AI solutions An understanding of reporting governance, data quality and visualisation best practice Experience within financial services, asset management or a Finance function, or with automation tools such as Power Automate, Alteryx or Python Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
