Basic qualifications - 3+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 3+ years of creating process improvements with automation and analysis experience - 3+ years of identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes experience - 3+ years of finance, accounting, or related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, tax, economics, or a related analytical field - Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence - 3+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience - 3+ years of contributing to cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience Preferred qualifications - 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - MBA, or CPA - Knowledge of Tableau - Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) - Experience as a lean sensei, or experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes - Experience in quality assurance engineering Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
