## Description

Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant finance/CPM certification preferred. Experience : At least 5 - 8 years of experience in financial systems, corporate finance, or FP&A, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, data analysis, or financial systems administration; experience in a global organization preferred. Strong understanding of financial concepts, including P&L, cost center/account structures, planning, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting. Hands-on experience with CPM/EPM platforms such as CCH Tagetik, OneStream, Oracle EPM/Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP Analytics Cloud Planning, Adaptive Planning, or similar. Experience with ERP and financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise platforms, including upstream and downstream financial data flows. Proven ability to configure and administer complex financial system components including dimensions, hierarchies, workflows, business rules, metadata, and security. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently assess complex issues, evaluate multiple sources of information, and drive root-cause resolution. Experience leading or coordinating system enhancements, testing/UAT, upgrades, releases, or finance transformation workstreams with minimal guidance. Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is a plus. Strong business acumen, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate finance requirements into system solutions and build consensus across teams. Technical Skills : Strong working knowledge of CPM/EPM platforms for planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting; CCH Tagetik experience preferred. Advanced system configuration and administration skills across metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, workflows, business rules, user roles, access, and permissions. Experience with data integration and transformation, including ERP connectivity, mappings, validations, reconciliations, and financial data import/export management. Ability to perform system monitoring, issue diagnosis, maintenance, testing, release support, and controls to maintain system reliability and data integrity. Advanced reporting and data analysis capabilities; knowledge of SQL, TGKML, scripting, or automation/data integration tools is a strong plus.
