Senior Full Stack Developer The Senior Full Stack Developer is focused on a mix of development and analysis. Primary focus on low level design, this will includes coding, debugging as well as supporting low level design. May coach software engineers. What the day will look like Role Complexity: Works on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors. Possesses advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilities Discretion: Decisions require the application of discretion and independent judgment to determine appropriate action. Decisions normally have minimal impact on functional areas Incumbent typically has latitude to consider whether new procedures need to be developed. Interaction: Builds productive working relationships with peers and higher level professionals internally and externally to exchange information and make recommendations. Uses knowledge to provide consultative advice and recommendations within specific functional areasSupervision/Leadership: Requires the ability to work independently with general instruction and the ability to prioritize and organize work.
