Senior Full-Stack Developer – Customer Data About the Role We are looking for a technically polyglot Full-Stack Developer to join our Customer Data team. You will be part of a high-impact environment where reliability, scalability, and cross-departmental collaboration are key. Our systems handle critical customer data across multiple business domains, with a strong focus on risk management, resilience, and performance. You’ll work with modern technologies including Kafka, Cassandra, Oracle SQL, CQRS, Axon Framework, Angular, and lit HTML, and contribute to both backend and frontend development. A Day in the Life of a Senior Full-Stack Developer – Customer Data • Design solutions that fulfill complex business requirements. • Code smart, efficient, and resilient applications. • Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment and integration. • Continuously learn and share knowledge, embedding best practices and lessons learned. How to succeed Our biggest expectation is that you’ll stay curious. Keep learning. Take on responsibility. Requirements are: • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or IT. • Certifications and/or proven proficiency in software development. • 8+ years of experience in Agile IT projects. • Strong expertise in: - Java 21, Spring Boot, Kafka, Maven - knowledge applying CQRS pattern is a plus • Familiarity with: - CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub - Monitoring tools like Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus • Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Python) and a strong willingness to learn new ones. • Awareness of: - Security & IT Risk - Resilience patterns • Excellent communiication skills in English (written and spoken)
