What are we looking for We’re looking for a senior full-stack engineer with real depth in both frontend and backend, and a solid grip on data, infrastructure, and production. You’ll work closely with our architect and our engineering manager, who also acts as Scrum Master and Product Owner. Together, we work directly with stakeholders from other teams, departments, and entities, so you’ll be in the room when decisions get made. This is a senior role. We need someone who has already done this work, not someone growing into it. What you’ll be doing Building and shipping features across the whole stack, from the database to the UI Shaping the architecture with our architect, and improving data processing and automation Working with stakeholders to understand what they need, estimate the work, and flag problems early Owning the quality of what you ship, including how it runs in production Growing through a personal development plan, courses, and conferences What you’ll need to know/have You’ve owned complex systems end to end in enterprise environments, and other engineers come to you when things get hard Strong backend skills in Java (Spring Boot) and Python (FastAPI, Pydantic) Serious frontend skills in JavaScript, HTML, and Vue.js . Strong React or Angular works too. Vue is quick to pick up. Solid database skills, relational and NoSQL. Depending on the project, we use PostgreSQL , MongoDB, and Redis. System design that holds up in production: scalability, security, and observability Comfortable with cloud, Docker, and CI/CD Experience explaining technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders, and pushing back clearly and respectfully when something won’t work Fluent English. French is a plus. What about AI? Part of our work is AI: agentic workflows, RAG , agentic RAG, and knowledge graphs. We build them with Pydantic AI, Spring AI, LangChain , LangGraph, and Deep Agents. You should know how these systems work. You don’t need to be fluent in them yet. If you’ve already built them, even better.
