This team exists to challenge how things have always been done. It brings together agile thinking, emerging technology and practical delivery to create solutions that remove waste, improve speed and unlock better outcomes across capital delivery. LET’S CUT STRAIGHT TO IT Shape the future of AI-powered capital delivery. We're looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer to help build the next generation of AI applications that transform how major infrastructure projects are planned and delivered. You'll develop innovative AI-powered tools that turn optioneering briefs into costed, comparable solutions through intuitive chat-based and interactive experiences. Working at the intersection of Generative AI, software engineering and user experience , you'll own the application and agent layer, connecting AI agents with cost, asset and schedule data to deliver valuable outcomes for our users. What you'll be doing Designing and building production-grade GenAI applications and agent-based solutions Developing full-stack applications using Python, TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks such as React Creating intuitive user experiences, including interactive canvases, dashboards and data-rich interfaces Integrating LLMs, agent workflows, RAG and tool-calling capabilities Deploying solutions in AWS or Azure using modern CI/CD practices Delivering new features through regular development cycles and driving continuous improvement WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Significant software engineering experience, including delivering LLM/GenAI applications to real users Strong knowledge of agent orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG and evaluation frameworks Full-stack development expertise across back-end, front-end and API development Experience with cloud platforms, automated testing and secure development practices Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and translating complex technical concepts into business value Desirable experience AI certifications (AWS or Azure) Multi-agent frameworks, MCP or AI gateways GIS or geospatial applications Construction, engineering, utilities or cost-estimating software AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Kiro If you're passionate about building cutting-edge AI products and want to see your innovations making a real-world impact, we'd love to hear from you.
