Role Summary The Senior SuccessFactors Engineer is a hands-on technical specialist responsible for the design, configuration, support and continuous improvement of SAP SuccessFactors. Working across HR and IT, this role will own complex platform changes, resolve technical issues and deliver scalable solutions that improve employee experience and operational efficiency. The role requires deep expertise in Employee Central and at least one additional SuccessFactors module, together with the ability to work independently and provide technical leadership across the HR technology landscape.
