Up to 26 weeks maternity leave provided to the birth mother with benefits for all child births Employees are entitled to 12 paid holidays per calendar year Eligible employees are entitled to 12 days of paid sick / casual leave per calendar year Receive insurance benefits such as medical, accidental and life insurances What You’ll Do As a Senior IT Domain Specialist, you apply your broad experience and deep expertise in specific infrastructure platforms and systems technologies, utilising agile and/or lean ways of working to deliver the following responsibilities: • Contributing to the design and delivery of complex Cloud Platforms, IT systems and solutions that support our strategic priorities and objectives. • Overseeing the optimisation of deployment from concept and test into production across the infrastructure and/or operational support system environment • Managing and validating system lifecycle plans and identifying improvement opportunities for solutions to meet performance and operational requirements. • Working closely and collaboratively with technology partners and stakeholders to understand customer needs, leveraging expertise to influence the approach, accelerate change, drive speed and agility to achieve outcomes that deliver a great customer experience. • Analysing data and stakeholder inputs to inform key decision making, identify and address barriers, build confidence for risk-taking and help to ensure quality of outcomes. • Applying mature critical thinking, analysis and modelling skills, including cost modelling and options analysis to assess complex issues and create solutions that meet the immediate business requirements, and also cost effectively “engineer in” quality, resiliency, flexibility to adapt to future change, ease of maintenance and continuous improvement. • Assessing capability of vendor solutions and offerings to meet business requirements and managing vendor performance and technology delivery. • Maintaining a high level of capability in domain technologies, including new and emerging technologies, tools, systems and processes so that you can model continuous learning and actively provide coaching and mentoring of less experienced infrastructure engineering team members • Encouraging and supporting innovation, simplification and continuous improvement in the team through generation of ideas and experimentation to enhance system, processes and technology within the domain We're looking for a Senior Azure DevOps engineer with 10+ years experience and below skills: Must Have - Azure IaaS/PaaS Landing Zones and App Migration Infra as Code by Terraform Containers by Kubernetes Security Policies Cost Optimization Incident/Change Management Good To Have - System Design and Architecture Programming in PowerShell/Python Technical Leadership and Stakeholder Management Agile Project Management If you want to be surrounded by top talent
