In this highly strategic role, you will lead key new product development projects for the Biosurgery platform in close partnership with key cross-functional partners, helping translate meaningful customer needs and market opportunities into differentiated solutions that improve patient care and create sustainable growth. The leader in this role will provide strategic marketing leadership across the innovation lifecycle, from opportunity identification and concept development through business-case creation, stage-gate advancement, launch readiness, and lifecycle planning. The successful candidate will combine customer and market insight, strong business acumen, and collaborative leadership to align global and regional stakeholders and advance a robust, value-creating Biosurgery pipeline. Key Responsibilities Lead global strategic marketing activities for Biosurgery new product development programs, establishing clear opportunity areas, product strategies, value propositions, and evidence-based recommendations. Represent the voice of the customer by designing and leading market research, identifying unmet needs, and translating insights into customer requirements and differentiated product concepts. Partner with Global Strategic Insights, R&D, Project Management, Clinical Affairs, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, HEMA, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Development, regional marketing, and commercial teams to advance programs through the innovation and stage-gate process. Develop robust business cases, including market sizing, segmentation, competitive assessment, pricing, revenue forecasts, investment requirements, key risks, and value-creation potential. Lead product positioning, claims strategy, target product profile development, and global launch planning to ensure solutions address priority customer needs and achieve meaningful clinical and economic differentiation.
