Role Purpose The Business Adoption Lead is accountable for executing the Transcend deployment organizational change management strategy to enable successful adoption of business and technology change. The role provides strategic direction, governance and integration across change impacts, communications, engagement, training, readiness, role mapping, transition and sustainment. It works with programme and business leaders to build ownership, align delivery teams and ensure the organisation is prepared to realize the intended value of the transformation. Key Responsibilities Govern and deliver the programme change management strategy, approach, roadmap and standards. Facilitate alignment and sustained engagement across programme, business and value stream leadership. Lead and coordinate the Business Adoption team across change impacts, personas, communications, engagement, training, readiness, change networks, role mapping, access management, transition and sustainment.
