The Senior Manager, Data, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence (DDSAI), Immunology Real‑World Evidence (RWE), is an individual contributor responsible for delivering complex data science and real‑world evidence strategies in support of Immunology research and development programs. The role applies advanced real-world methodologies to generate insights that inform clinical development, and scientific decision‑making both internal and regulatory. Operating with a high degree of autonomy within a defined scope, the Associate Director partners closely with cross‑functional teams to translate disease and therapeutic area priorities into actionable research questions while aligning with established functional strategies and governance frameworks. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the execution of real‑world and DDSAI evidence plans aligned with Immunology disease and therapeutic area objectives. Lead defined evidence generation workstreams supporting clinical development programs, including identifying evidence gaps, patient characterization and subgroup identification, novel endpoint exploration and validation, asset differentiation, and comparative efficacy and effectiveness studies. Apply data science and statistical methodologies to real-world data sources to address prioritized scientific and development questions. Collaborate with Disease Area Strongholds, Compound Development Teams, and cross‑functional partners to ensure deliverables meet program evidence needs and timelines. Execute end‑to‑end project activities, including data fit-for-purpose assessment and validation, protocol development, ,results documentation and interpretation, and stakeholder management throughout the project life-cycle..
