Role We are looking for a Senior Manager, Finance Business Transformation to join our team. This is a Hybrid role in Santa Clara, CA reporting to the Vice President, Business Transformation in the Finance department. To support our exponential growth, you will serve as a strategic lead for finance transformation working closely with senior Finance leadership and other cross-functional teams while also supporting post-merger finance integration in a PMO capacity in case of an acquisition. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Manage strategic transformation initiatives in key areas driven by finance including Record to Report, Source to Pay, Quote to Cash, Hire to Pay and Asset Management. Partner with cross functional stakeholders from Finance, IT, CloudOps, Security, GTM, People & Culture, Legal, etc. to drive large transformation initiatives that will help build a scalable Finance function. Understand the current state of our tech stack, including but not limited to ERP (NetSuite), Coupa, ServiceNow, Workiva, Snowflake, Adaptive (or other EPM tools) etc. and partner with IT to drive implementation of best in class systems and architecture to achieve operational excellence. Work with the Leadership team to drive implementation of AI-enabled transformation strategy that enhances customer, vendor and employee experience. Lead the development of leading practice PMO playbooks and artifacts. Leverage the playbook to manage and track progress of the transformation initiatives, including managing program plans, RAID logs, project documentation, etc. Work with leadership to develop and manage the Transformation Roadmap. Develop business cases for large initiatives, track achievements and support in benefits realization. Support in managing transformation budget including monthly forecasting and scenario analysis. Build robust communications strategy and support change management efforts. Drive the development of change management artifacts such as training materials, communications, etc. Who You Are (Success Profile) You thrive in ambiguity.
