Senior Manager, Financial Management (FP&A) - Personal Loans Following our 2025 acquisition of Discover, we have a transformative journey ahead of us to both integrate the Personal Loans business and catalyze innovation and growth. Specifically, we are looking for a candidate to lead the Personal Loans Revenue and Valuations Finance team shaping strategy and driving business results for the Personal Loans business. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically and have superior analytical skills, the ability to build collaborative partnerships across a broad set of stakeholders and exceptional problem-solving abilities in undefined and complex situations. As a Sr. Manager, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Personal Loans Business Leadership Team and key senior leaders across the Card Finance Team. What You'll Do Drive Strategy - Build analytical frameworks to shape strategic decisions (valuation, NPV frameworks, price/volume tradeoff decisions, marketing et al). Build and Maintain Financial Architecture - Develop insightful financial reporting, modeling and analytical processes and use them to influence executive level narratives and decisions. Manage annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, variance analyses, earnings preparation Partner to Influence Outcomes - build collaborative partnerships across a broad set of stakeholders and influence decision making in undefined and complex situations Champion Automation and Process Excellence - modernize the personal loans finance function through technology and data-driven innovation.
