The role serves as a trusted advisor to senior commercial and functional leaders, partnering with Procurement Category Leaders and regional leadership teams to influence business decisions, drive enterprise value creation, and develop procurement strategies that support growth, innovation, and operational excellence. The focus is on translating evolving business priorities into regional procurement strategies and programs, ensuring alignment between global category direction and EMEA business requirements while strengthening procurement's role as a strategic business partner across the organization. The role operates within an Agile Procurement model, providing leadership across complex, multi-market initiatives and strategic supplier ecosystems while acting as a critical connector between EMEA business leadership, Procurement Category Teams, Global Services, and external partners. The role is expected to influence decision-making beyond procurement, driving transformational initiatives that improve business outcomes, commercial effectiveness, and organizational capability.
