In this position, you’ll take on key responsibilities that include: Lead the development and execution of category strategies across key IT spend areas. Manage end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives, from understanding business requirements and market engagement through negotiation, contracting and supplier mobilisation. Partner with senior Technology and business stakeholders to provide commercial advice and develop effective sourcing solutions. Lead complex commercial negotiations with strategic IT suppliers to deliver value, optimise costs and manage commercial risk. Drive procurement across IT categories including software and SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, telecommunications, cybersecurity, managed services and IT professional services. Identify savings and value opportunities through spend, demand, utilisation and total-cost-of-ownership analysis. Manage strategic supplier relationships, performance, governance and associated risks. Lead and develop the IT procurement team, building capability across sourcing, negotiation, contracting and stakeholder management. About you: The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or a related field. 8–12+ years of experience in procurement/category management with strong IT exposure, including 3–5+ years in leadership roles. Strong experience in IT procurement, category management, strategic sourcing and complex commercial negotiations.
