About the job: Lead the delivery and governance of all mechanical disciplines across projects. Oversee HVAC, public health, plumbing, drainage, fire protection, district cooling, controls, and building management systems. Review and approve mechanical design deliverables, BIM models, IFC packages, shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Drive value engineering, technical due diligence, constructability reviews, and lifecycle cost optimization. Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, authority requirements, international codes, and fire & life-safety standards. Monitor consultant and contractor performance and manage technical, quality, cost, and programme risks. Lead site inspections, technical audits, testing, commissioning, authority inspections, and project handover activities. Manage technical variations, procurement evaluations, claims support, and commercial considerations. Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams while driving technical excellence and operational performance. About You: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Master's degree preferred. 12–15 years of experience within major real estate or infrastructure developments. Minimum 5 years in a senior management or discipline leadership role. Proven experience managing consultants and contractors through design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover stages. Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements, mechanical codes, sustainability standards, BIM coordination, and commissioning practices. Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, and project delivery expertise.
