As a master developer, we invest in sustainable infrastructure, accessibility, community amenities and family-focused facilities including community centers, mosques, schools, supermarkets and landscaping. About the Job: Develop, validate and maintain master development programmes, integrated project schedules, contract baselines, milestone trackers and recovery programmes aligned with approved business plans and DHRE delivery commitments. • Establish and enforce consistent planning standards, work breakdown structures, coding conventions, progress-measurement rules, reporting calendars and schedule change-control requirements across the portfolio. • Review consultant and contractor programmes for contractual compliance, scope coverage, logic, critical path, resource and cost loading, productivity assumptions, interfaces, authority approvals and handover milestones; provide clear recommendations for acceptance or revision. • Monitor planned versus actual performance using critical path analysis, milestone variance, S-curves, resource histograms, earned-value indicators and schedule forecasts; identify emerging slippage and drive corrective action. • Lead the preparation and challenge of mitigation, acceleration and recovery plans, ensuring actions are realistic, properly resourced, time-bound and assigned to accountable owners. Assess schedule impacts arising from design development, authority approvals, procurement, scope changes, variations, contractor performance and site constraints, and provide timely scenario analysis and recommendations. • Provide planning input to Extension of Time assessments and delay analyses, reviewing entitlement-supporting programmes, contemporaneous records and consultant recommendations in coordination with Contracts, Commercial and Legal teams. • Prepare accurate, concise and decision-oriented portfolio dashboards, monthly progress reports, milestone forecasts, risk summaries and executive presentations for Project Delivery leadership. • Coordinate with Project Delivery, Development, Design, Commercial, Procurement, Finance, PMO, consultants and contractors to validate source data, resolve planning interfaces and maintain a single, reliable view of programme performance. • Maintain planning records, programme review checklists, baselines, updates, approvals and change logs in accordance with DHRE governance, document-control and audit requirements. • Lead, coach and develop planning team members, allocate resources across priority projects and promote technical discipline, accountability, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. About You: • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture • Diploma in Construction Management/Planning - preferred Minimum of 6-8 years’ experience with at-least 2 years in project planning • Experience in using Microsoft Project scheduler will be advantageous About the Benefits: At Dubai Holding, we're committed to nurturing the success and well-being of our colleagues.
