Team Summary Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is the consulting arm of Visa, and drives tangible, impactful results for clients. Drawing on our expertise in consulting, data analytics, technology, payments and economics, VCA solves the most strategic problems for our clients. VCA's core client segments include issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers and governments. VCA-X is VCA's global delivery capability, designed to scale high-value solutions across Regions through multidisciplinary teams, common delivery standards, AI-enabled assets, and continuous learning from delivery. Program Management is a core pillar of the VCA-X operating model. It provides the integrated planning, orchestration, and delivery management required to scale delivery across multiple use cases, teams, and geographies. The role operates as one of three core delivery leadership pillars within VCA-X, alongside Specialist & Consulting Delivery and Data & Analytics Delivery. It will form part of the VCA-X Leadership Team, and report directly to the Head of VCA-X. What a Senior Manager, Program Management, VCA-X does at Visa: The Senior Manager will run critical operating and execution processes that translate the VCA-X strategy into measurable plans, governed delivery, and consistent outcomes across Regions. Working with VCA-X leadership, market leaders, Practice Areas, the AI Build Team, and delivery teams, this role will support strategy formulation, define milestones and measures, manage governance cadences, oversee demand intake, strengthen quality and compliance, and govern automation and efficiency initiatives. Strategy Execution & Performance Management Support formulation and periodic refinement of the VCA-X strategy by converting strategic priorities into executable workplans. Define objectives, metrics, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps; track progress and drive corrective action. Prepare concise performance reporting and decision materials for VCA-X leadership. Governance, Quality & Compliance Define governance forums, decision rights, escalation paths, and operating cadences; own agendas, actions, and follow-through. Develop and govern quality frameworks, delivery controls, review checkpoints, and acceptance standards across the portfolio. Ensure compliance with relevant Visa policies, documentation standards, and agreed delivery processes. Demand Intake & Portfolio Operations Own the end-to-end demand intake process, including qualification, prioritization, sizing, routing, and status visibility.
