The Experience SALES LEADERSHIP Our sales leaders oversee specific business segments and manage teams that sell across multiple verticals or focus on a single vertical, such as Financial Services, Healthcare Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Retail & Consumer Goods, and Public Sector. SALES MANAGER & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be leading and developing a team of Sales Executives. You will participate and lead in client and prospect meetings as well as work cross-functionally with customers and corporate resources as required. You will be responsible for ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new team members on sales process. In this role you will report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management. You will be responsible for setting and driving Salesforce's sales strategy within your specific region or territory. You will assume leadership of a growing sales organization, including individual contributors to help drive growth in your region.
