What a Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Transformation, Indonesia does at Visa: The Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Transformation, Indonesia plays a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Visa's growth agenda in one of Asia Pacific's most dynamic payments markets. This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and cross-functional leadership to advance Visa's long-term ambitions while delivering near-term business outcomes. The successful candidate will build a deep understanding of Indonesia's evolving payments landscape, the needs of clients and ecosystem stakeholders, industry trends, and Visa's strategic priorities. Working closely with country, regional, and functional leaders, they will help define market strategies and translate them into focused, actionable programs that drive sustainable growth, strengthen capabilities, and enhance business performance. The role will lead high-impact initiatives spanning multi-year strategy, market and business expansion, innovation, capability development, and new growth opportunities. It will bring together stakeholders across functions, align resources behind shared objectives, and move priorities from insight and concept through to implementation and measurable outcomes. The role also serves as an important bridge between Visa and Indonesia's broader payments ecosystem. The successful candidate will collaborate with financial institutions, industry associations, ecosystem partners, and other relevant stakeholders, including leading day-to-day commercial and partnership discussions and negotiations, to support industry development and identify opportunities for shared progress. Through these engagements, the role will help reinforce Visa's position as a trusted, constructive, and collaborative partner committed to advancing Indonesia's digital commerce and payments ecosystem. This is a strategy role with real execution accountability and visible market impact. The successful candidate will identify opportunities, develop compelling business cases, mobilize cross-functional teams, establish fit-for-purpose governance, and drive initiatives from concept through execution. The role offers broad exposure to senior leaders and the opportunity to build skills across strategy, commercial decision-making, industry collaboration, and enterprise-wide transformation.
