Job Accountabilities Operations Lead the newly established Working Capital unit, including the development and implementation of procedures and control points to safeguard the business. Partner with Product, Technology, Governance, and Control teams to support the launch of Supply Chain Finance products and the related platform. Establish a robust resource planning model and effective training program to support newly launched products. Partner with Origination to propose innovative credit structures for Core Trade and Working Capital transactions. Lead daily operations related to working capital transactions and the servicing of a portfolio of corporate borrowing accounts where TD acts as direct lender, including: Providing advanced technical guidance. Managing operational risk and working diligently with the team to ensure risks are well understood and adequately mitigated. Ensuring compliance with TD’s internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Expertise in lending, credit lifecycle management within operations, and the use of the LoanIQ lending platform. Responsible for the portfolio managed by the team, including oversight of loan transactions, documentation review, updating and maintaining client profiles and records, daily transactional reconciliation, account monitoring and balancing, as well as other daily account operations. Responsible for the end-to-end management of processes related to supply chain finance, with a focus on both accounts payable and accounts receivable. Oversee the working capital
