We are seeking a market lead in Vietnam to drive direct corporate engagement and accelerate growth in the commercial payments segment. What a Senior Manager, Visa Commercial Solutions does at Visa Based in Hanoi, this role offers an exciting opportunity to help shape the growth of Visa Commercial Solutions in Vietnam. Working closely with the Head of Sales, Vietnam and the Head of Visa Commercial Solutions for IPVMC, you will help develop and execute business development and go-to-market strategies that deepen relationships with existing clients and unlock new opportunities across the market. You will engage with financial institutions, government entities, conglomerates and fintech partners serving the B2B ecosystem, bringing specialist sales consultation, strategic insight and strong execution discipline to help clients solve complex business payment challenges. This role will be instrumental in advancing Visa’s strategy to grow commercial card flows and scale innovative commercial solutions for large-market clients and small businesses across Vietnam. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the design and execution of a multi-year growth strategy for Visa Commercial Solutions across priority client segments and market opportunities. Partner with Account Executives to understand clients’ strategic priorities and identify opportunities to deepen Visa’s Commercial Solutions footprint in Vietnam. Lead client sales engagements alongside local sales teams to expand adoption, usage and integration of Visa Commercial Solutions with new and existing clients. Leverage Visa’s product, advisory and value-added service capabilities to deliver compelling value for issuers, acquirers, partners and end clients. Represent Visa as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor across corporate travel and expense, B2B payments and small business payment digitization. Build and manage relationships with ecosystem partners, including corporate travel platforms, accounting software providers and ERP solution providers, to create scalable commercial payment opportunities with Visa. Represent Visa Commercial Solutions at industry events, networking forums and market engagements across Vietnam. Act as a strong advocate for the commercial business, collaborating across market and regional teams to ensure effective plan execution and sustainable business growth. Drive portfolio
