JOB TITLE Senior Manager - Strategic Workforce Planning and Organizational Effectiveness | MAF Retail | Head Office Egypt ROLE SUMMARY The Senior Manager - Strategic Workforce Planning and Organizational Effectiveness is responsible for overseeing the efficient implementation of strategic planning at a country level across talent requirements, position and requisition creations in addition to projections and capabilities gap mapping. The role holder is also expected to ensure governance on the new roll out of archetypes and provide full visibility on staff cost management and staff productivity indicators. ROLE PROFILE Oversee the implementation of the Strategic Workforce Planning agenda and initiatives across the country while effectively aligning function objectives with the business and corporate structure Manage and drive the retail capabilities gap assessment project within the country the Capabilities and Talent Management Programs team to identify skills and competency gaps more efficiently Follow up, challenge, and initiate ideas to CORP HO on the Power BI HC analytics and provide insights on areas of improvements and deep dive in various HC Reporting Provide governance on MAF Retail’s archetype framework, overseeing and analysing new and existing roles across the business Ensuring that HC Systems data are clean and up to date (adding, removing boxes and communicating the maintenance of system data with HC Managers) Discussing and making decisions with Executive team on the hiring needs and presenting it to the Country Manager on a regular basis to seek necessary hiring approvals Ensuring our monthly productivity is improving from the Head count and total working hours side Monitoring the monthly Productivity score and Head count changes needed accordingly, and cascading it to HC Managers as well as challenging business leaders on their productivity scores REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Human Resource Management 8+ years in a Strategic Workforce Planning managerial role in an international environment 4+ years in retail business is preferred Strong technical thinking with Strategic Workforce Planning capabilities, supporting on vision and purpose Strong leadership and people management capabilities with proven ability to develop strategic relationships with senior leadership stakeholders Proven ability to develop new ideas, process improvement and innovative solutions WHAT WE OFFER At Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
