We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Medical Education Associate to join our Canadian Orthopaedics team (DePuy Synthes). This position is based in Markham, Ontario, Canada. Purpose: The Senior Medical Education Associate combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution across the full lifecycle of Medical Education initiatives. These include live and virtual events, preceptorships, conferences, labs, and virtual learning. They will work closely with the National Education Manager to develop professional educational content for the DePuy Synthes orthopaedic portfolio that aligns with healthcare stakeholders needs and promotes high standards of clinical knowledge and dissemination. You will be responsible for: Working collaboratively with the National Education Manager and meeting planners, to support the development and execution of a comprehensive medical education strategy, inclusive of learning journey development, digital integration and advancement of knowledge, attitude, skill and adoption principles of learning.
