Assist in candidate documentation and preparation of recruitment package. Work closely with agency managers to follow up recruitment cases and prepare related documents. Prepare regular reports to track recruitment progress. Monitor recruitment performance and provide updates to management. Support recruitment campaigns, contests and other recruitment initiatives. Assist in recruitment data analysis and pipeline tracking. Provide administrative and operational support to the team. Handle ad hoc duties as required. Job Requirements Degree holder in Business, Finance, Marketing or related disciplines. At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance, recruitment, sales support or financial services. Good analytical and reporting skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Well-organised, responsible and detail-minded. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
