About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Officer - Stores and Receiving to join Jumeirah Emirates Towers . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Receive and inspect all hotel deliveries against approved purchase orders, delivery notes, specifications, quantities, and agreed prices before acceptance. Record accepted deliveries accurately in the receiving or procurement system and ensure supporting documents are complete, signed, stamped, and forwarded for invoice processing. Maintain an organised, secure, and hygienic receiving area, ensuring goods are protected from contamination, damage, loss, or unauthorised access. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, segregation-of-duties controls, hygiene standards, HACCP requirements, and applicable health and safety procedures during receiving activities. Maintain accurate receiving logs, discrepancy reports, rejected-goods records, and other documentation required for audits, stock control, and management review. Support periodic stock counts, month-end cut-off activities, and other receiving or stores-related duties assigned by the Finance or Purchasing management team. About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: 1 -2 years finance experience in hospitality or similar industry.
