Job Description This is an individual contributor role, not a team lead position. Candidates should bring deep ONESOURCE Direct Tax expertise from day one. This is not a learn-as-you-go role. We want someone who builds. You work directly with AI, Power Automate, and other next-gen tools yourself. Key Responsibilities Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer teams to scope projects Lead customer engagements, design solutions, and manage scope, timeline, and delivery Conduct customer-facing Best Practice Reviews, present recommendations, and scope remediation Build quick proofs-of-concept that show customers the future state Use AI to develop repeatable tools, processes, and practices that improve efficiency and profitability Drive expansion opportunities Work on multiple projects concurrently Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients Share best practices and informally mentor colleagues Required Qualifications 10+ years in professional services or similar, implementing ONESOURCE Direct Tax solutions Demonstrated, hands-on experience using AI (e.g., Claude) to build customer solutions Expert-level knowledge in implementing: ASC 740 tax provision processes ONESOURCE Tax Provision (or ONESOURCE Income Tax), Workpapers, and Data Import ONESOURCE DataFlow ONESOURCE APIs Power Automate, Alteryx, KNIME (or similar) for ONESOURCE and tax-centric automations Power BI or similar API-enabled dashboards Advanced Excel-based tax workbooks (Power Query, OData connections, dynamic arrays, Data Validation, etc.) Bachelor’s degree in taxation, accounting, or equivalent; advanced degree preferred Excellent communication skills Preferred Qualifications ONESOURCE Data Hub or General Ledger Manager ONESOURCE Data Query ONESOURCE Income Tax and State Apportionment ONESOURCE Workflow and Calendar ASU 2023-09 #LI-D2E What’s in it For You?
