Job ID: 6110 Senior/Process Specialist in Securities Settlement DK & SE Custody in Łódź (permanent position) We are looking for a Senior/Process Specialist who will be dedicated to Global settlement area, taking care of transactions, trades, and enquiries of our Danish & Swedish clients. Agreement is permanent. About our team Meet the Securities Settlement DK & SE Custody team. Our role is to provide global custody services in all major financial markets in the world, i.e. clearing, settlement and safekeeping of domestic and foreign securities for clients in Denmark & Sweden. We closely cooperate with sub-custodians and customer service to provide the best service to our clients. Our team consists of 14 team members located in Łódź, working within Trading & Custody Services area. Collaboration. Ownership. Passion. Courage. What you’ll be doing Main responsibilities in this role: Investigating, amending and matching transactions that have not settled automatically Investigating and resolving discrepancies between Nordea and custodian’s accounting books both cash and securities (reconciliation of securities) Inputting, monitoring and settling transfer instructions Supporting internal stakeholders regarding securities settlement topics (second line in customer service model) Who you are To build a successful career with us, you’ll work well with others and always act with the customer’s needs in mind.
