About the Role We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and customer-centric Senior Product Designer to help shape the future of products and experiences for small businesses. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in ambiguity, embraces emerging technologies, and enjoys turning customer insights into impactful product solutions. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders, you will help define product strategy, uncover new opportunities, and create intuitive experiences that deliver measurable customer and business value. What You'll Be Doing • Lead end-to-end product design efforts from discovery through delivery across web, mobile, and platform experiences. • Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and business challenges through research, data, and stakeholder collaboration. • Help shape product strategy by uncovering opportunities that drive customer and business value. • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define vision, prioritize opportunities, ideate, conceptualize, and validate solutions. • Rapidly prototype concepts, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and MVPs using human-centered design principles and AI-assisted design tools. • Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to cross-functional teams and
