## Description

We're the world's leading consumer healthcare platform, supporting millions of patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada. We're driven by the belief that good health should last a lifetime, and that to get there we need to deliver the personalised, high quality and empathetic care that the traditional system cannot support. You'll partner with our care teams of prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists and dietitians to support patients across preventative health, weight management and specific women's and men's health conditions. We joined Hims & Hers so that you can do all of the above on a bigger scale, with more ambition, a stronger global brand and the resources to deliver care to patients in dozens of countries. We're looking for people who appreciate and are excited by the enormity and uniqueness of this challenge, and want to work in the most ambitious, smart, fast moving and positive sum environment of their lives to transform how healthcare is delivered globally. We hope that's you. About the Role This is a high-impact design role on our Hims & Hers Canada team. Core treatments — weight loss, hair loss & sexual health — are categories where trust is everything, and where good design changes whether someone asks for help at all. We're looking for a Product Designer who understands that and brings the skill, judgment, and craft to act on it. You'll help shape the end-to-end experience across these categories: the intake flows, the treatment journeys, the moments of reassurance, and the points where someone decides to stay or leave. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research, contributing your point of view on what "good" looks like and pushing back when something isn't right. We also want someone who is genuinely curious about AI — not as a talking point, but as a working tool. How you use AI in your process, your prototyping, your research synthesis — that matters to us. In this role, you will: Own a problem area across connected surfaces, not a queue of screens, from definition to delivery. Research it, design it, write it, test it, measure it, iterate. You drive it without waiting for a spec. Move commercial outcomes on your surface: activation, conversion through regulated intake, retention, adherence. You know which metric you are moving and why. Create designs that build trust and hold up in a regulated market. What good looks like Scope: you own a problem area end to end. Impact: you moved a meaningful metric and can show the before and after. Influence: you raise the bar around you. You give sharp critique. You make junior designers better without being asked to. About you (who you are) You're a talented Senior Product Designer with a passion for health and excitement about building our expanding healthcare platform. You enjoy working in dynamic environments, solving complex problems, and creating thoughtful, user-centred design solutions that make a real impact. Skills & experience Problem definition. You shape the problem, not just the pixels. Using research, data and the input of others, you break the ambiguity down and package it back up into something the team can build. The signal is evidence you helped define the right problem, not just made the screens. Visual craft. Non-negotiable. Typography, spacing, colour, motion and micro-interactions, used with intent, not decoration. Weak craft is a no, whatever the strategy talk. Accessibility. You design inclusively without being asked. You know why the standard exists, not just what it says, and it shows in judgement calls a checklist cannot make. Systems thinking. You design across surfaces, from mobile to emerging platforms like AI-native interfaces, and contribute to the system others build on. Infrastructure compounds. Single screens do not. Product and commercial sense. You shaped what got built. Metrics, research and commercial awareness sit next to the work. Craft in isolation moves
