Join a dynamic and passionate team You will join an international Product Management team of highly dedicated colleagues, and you will lead the silicone foams portfolio. Based in Humlebæk, we are part of the Product Strategy and Development team. Together, we set the strategic direction, drive global product launches, maximise the potential of the existing WTR portfolio and ensure continuous product support through high levels of interaction across the organization and our sales regions. “Our key portfolio, silicone foams is one of the biggest growth drivers and we are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead this portfolio going forward. You will be part of a highly ambitious team where we work closely together, share ideas and help each other whenever needed. Doing so, we reach our goals and deadlines whilst having fun on the way” explains Nayla Ayoub, Head of Product Management. Balance Strategic Thinking with Execution Details As the Product Manager for the silicone foams portfolio, you will be the product champion responsible for a portfolio that spans multiple countries and generates a significant portion of our revenue and growth. You will own the global commercial agenda for your product portfolio, ensuring a clear strategic direction and ambitious goals, while proactively identifying initiatives to maximize the value of your business. When launching products in new markets, you will serve as the commercial lead, setting the strategic direction and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure successful launches. This role will require travel of approximately 20-30 days per year to collaborate with colleagues in local markets as well as customers. Experience in Product Management We are looking for a candidate who excels at prioritization and knows how to seek out vital information—whether it's understanding your portfolio or analyzing competition and market dynamics. You are a true team player, capable of working through challenges with the right stakeholders, while being sensitive to different cultures. Furthermore, we imagine that you have • 5+ years of product management preferably in the MedTech industry. • A master’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. • A proven track record in the development and execution of global and/or local marketing initiatives, with a history of successful product launches. • It is important that you are structured and possess a strong analytical mindset • Excellent communication skills in English.
