About the role We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the Admin Workflows area of 1Password's Enterprise Password Manager (EPM). With our API first approach to EPM, you will champion API centric workflows and deliver features that help administrators manage, monitor, and support their organizations at scale. You'll shape a roadmap spanning admin capabilities, admin dashboards and reporting, notification systems, account recovery and user confirmation workflows, and agentic (MCP) capabilities — connecting deep platform decisions to customer and business outcomes. This role sits at the center of the enterprise admin experience, with dependencies across many partner teams, so strong cross-functional judgment and communication are essential. This is a remote opportunity within Canada and the US. How we're using AI today Our Engineering, Product, and Design teams are thoughtfully integrating AI across the full software and product development lifecycle to move faster without sacrificing quality or security. In practice, that looks like engineers using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate reviews and catch bugs earlier, product managers synthesizing user research at scale, and designers rapidly prototyping and iterating with AI-generated mockups.
