This is a Remote (U.S., Eastern Time Zone / DMV area preferred) role reporting to the Sr. Manager of Professional Services in the Public Sector Professional Services team. As a Senior Consultant, you will build long-term, trusted advisor relationships with customers to deliver tailored security solutions. You will design and execute transformative security processes using Zscaler’s suite of products, ensuring our clients achieve a future-proof security posture while advocating for customer needs with cross-functional teams to influence product development. U.S. citizenship is required for this position due to the nature of the assigned customer base. What you’ll do (Role Expectations) Build long-term, trusted advisor relationships with customers to deliver tailored zero trust solutions Design and execute solutions using Zscaler’s suite of products, including SDWAN, CASB, Shadow IT, and SaaS integrations Collaborate with stakeholders to envision and implement future-proof, transformative processes Advocate customer needs with cross-functional teams to influence product development Produce documentation, best practices, and demos to enable organizational growth Who You Are (Success Profile) You thrive in ambiguity.
