Senior Project Management Officer Warsaw | Up to 40% working from home possible | Reference 8401 Are you passionate about enabling complex, enterprise-wide IT initiatives through strong governance, transparent financial and project control, and high-quality management information? We are seeking a Senior PMO for our Corporate Function IT (CIT) to support international, cross-functional projects in a regulated environment. You will work closely with project managers, project executives, and steering committees to ensure effective project governance, accurate financial and resource management, reliable reporting, and consistent execution of core project management processes. What You Will Do provide senior-level PMO support for complex IT projects, ensuring effective planning, tracking, milestone management, change control, and project data quality drive project governance and management reporting; prepare steering packs, KPIs, decision materials, and executive-ready project information manage financial and resource controlling, including budgets, forecasts, accruals, resource planning, contracts, and coordination with Procurement and Controlling coordinate Steering Committees, decision meetings, workshops, and recurring project processes; maintain decision, action, risk, and milestone tracking ensure consistent use of project and portfolio management processes and tools, particularly Planisware, Jira, and Confluence, including lifecycle compliance and data quality What You Bring 5+ years of PMO or project management support experience in complex IT programs, ideally within financial services or another regulated environment strong knowledge of project governance, financial and resource controlling, risk management, reporting, and preparation of steering and executive materials proficiency with Planisware, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Jira BigPicture and related PPM/reporting tools are advantageous excellent analytical and organizational skills with a structured, proactive, and highly reliable working style; strong stakeholder management and communication skills across organizational levels If you have any questions, check out our FAQ page or call Agnieszka Leputa at .
