Job Title: Senior Project Manager Location: Guadalajara, Mexico, Hybrid This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Guadalajara, Mexico office as needed. THE OPPORTUNITY Be the operational backbone that turns IT and Security priorities into on-time, visible delivery for the Office of the CIO and CISO. As our Senior Project Manager , you’ll run project cadences, track core KPIs, and organize key initiatives across IT, Security, and Digital Transformation. You’ll give leadership one clear view of schedules, risks, and results, which keeps the teams behind our Predictive Revenue System and Revenue Context aligned and moving at speed. In your first six months you will: Run the operating cadence for the Office of the CIO & CISO: set agendas, track action items, and drive follow-through for leadership staff meetings, QBRs, and cross-functional syncs. Maintain single-source-of-truth project dashboards and KPI scorecards across top IT and Security initiatives, keeping schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risks current. Partner with the Digital Transformation Team to track milestones and coordinate cross-functional deliverables, and help produce executive-ready decks, status reports, and updates for the CIO, CISO, and leadership team. HOW YOU’LL WORK HERE Move as One: You’ll connect Engineering, Finance, People, Legal, and RevOps to keep dependencies moving, and put ‘we’ ahead of ‘me’ every day. Evidence over Ego: You’ll turn operational data into clear KPI scorecards and dashboards, and keep schedules, dependencies, and risks honest and current. Lead from the Front: You’ll own follow-through on agendas, action items, and deadlines, and keep projects moving without waiting to be asked. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR You’re a highly organized, proactive project manager who takes pride in bringing structure to fast-moving environments and keeping teams accountable to deadlines. You communicate clearly, build polished executive materials, and keep information flowing smoothly across teams. If you want to learn more, do more, and become more, this is your next move. YOU’LL BRING 5+ years of professional project or program management experience in a fast-paced tech or B2B SaaS environment, managing multiple concurrent projects with structured methodologies. High proficiency creating polished, executive-ready PowerPoint decks, status reports, and written project documentation. Hands-on experience with modern project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet) to build dashboards and track SLAs and KPIs. Strong cross-functional coordination skills: you build relationships, track dependencies, and manage deadlines across stakeholders who do not report to you. Experience supporting departmental operational rhythms, such as setting agendas, tracking decision logs, and following up on action items. High discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive security, personnel, or operational information. IT’S A BONUS IF YOU HAVE A PMP, CAPM, or Agile certification.
