As a Senior Project Manager in the legal, Regulatory and Community Team your mission is on time delivery. You will lead complex, regulatory-driven transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards in execution, governance, and stakeholder management. We are logical thinkers and rigorous analysts, and above everything pragmatic Project Management: Independently manage the assigned projects from initiation through planning to successful completion and closure Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure project goals are met Risk Management: Identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle and develop measures to mitigate them Budget and Resource Planning: Ensure adherence to project budgets and optimal allocation of resources Team Leadership: Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary project teams, promote collaboration, and ensure smooth communication Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and continuously improve project management processes Reporting: Regularly prepare status reports for management and present project results Qualifications Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification Extensive experience in IT project/program management within financial services Very good organizational skills ensuring success in delivery through planning, executing, progress reporting, controlling, reporting and monitoring of the project activities Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall) Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with clients and team members alike, on all seniority levels Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach Resilience to stress Full professional fluency in English It would be a real bonus if you have Knowledge of the Avaloq platform and financial services We realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
