This position reports to: Sales Manager __ Mission of the position Do you enjoy technical sales, opening new business and working with industrial instrumentation solutions? At ABB, we are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join the Automation business area, in the Measurement & Analytics division (AUMA) . You will serve customers across Brazil, with a focus on the Southeast region, in the Biofuels and Pulp & Paper segments. You will be part of an ambitious growth plan for the coming years. Your role will be to expand ABB's market presence, win new customers, strengthen relationships with the current customer base and support regional sales representatives. Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle for instrumentation and analytics solutions, focusing on volume, mix and profitability. Develop business in the Biofuels and Pulp & Paper segments and support opportunities in the other segments served by the division. Act with a hunter mindset, prospecting new customers and strategic projects in Brazil, with a focus on the Southeast region. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, presenting ABB's full portfolio. Support the strategic plan and sales actions in the focus segments, monitoring the market, competitors and industry trends. Provide technical and commercial support to regional sales representatives, helping them develop opportunities and present ABB solutions. Prepare commercial proposals with the Marketing, Engineering and Proposal teams, ensuring technical and financial alignment. Record visits, opportunities and pipeline in the CRM, and track sales forecasts and targets. Requirements Technical degree in Instrumentation or Mechatronics. Solid experience in technical sales in the industrial segment. Knowledge of industrial instrumentation. Experience using CRM for customer and pipeline management. Intermediate or advanced English. Availability for frequent travel across Brazil, with a focus on the Southeast region. Nice to have Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Experience in the Biofuels and Pulp & Paper segments. Network of relationships with industrial customers in the Southeast region.
