## Description

We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to join our AI acceleration team. You will embed directly with internal teams across Luna Engineering, Marketing Technology and Business teams, working with their real workflows and constraints to ship AI powered productivity solutions into production. This is a builder role where you own the outcome end to end, from discovery through a live, adopted deployment, and you feed what you learn in the field back into our shared platform and tooling so every other team benefits. You are a hands on builder who designs, develops, and operates the systems and agents that bring proprietary and third party models into the daily work of internal teams. You translate a team's ambiguous, real world problem into a working technical solution, writing production code in whatever stack the work requires. Between engagements, you turn one off solutions into reusable platform capabilities, agents, SDKs, and patterns that scale from one internal team to the next. We are looking for a highly collaborative engineer with a customer obsessed mindset with strong business acumen. Ambiguity motivates you to invent and solve problems. You are comfortable being the technical owner in front of business teams you serve, including pushing back on request with data backed alternatives. You thrive in fast paced, entrepreneurial environments and are comfortable owning and executing delivery from start to finish. This is an exciting opportunity to fundamentally shift how teams work using AI. Key job responsibilities - Embed with internal teams: you work inside a team's real workflow and constraints to scope, design, and ship AI powered productivity solutions into production. - Own the outcome: you define success with each team up front and stay accountable until the solution is live, adopted, and delivering the agreed productivity result. - Reach production fast and make it stick: you get to a working production deployment quickly, then enable the team to operate and build on the solution over time. - Close the loop to product: when applicable, you turn what you learn in each engagement into reusable platform capabilities, agents, SDKs, and patterns, so a one-off solution for one team becomes the default for the next. - Launch cross-functional agents: you identify high value productivity use cases and partner with domain experts to build transformative agentic workflows and systems. - Stay ahead and pioneer: you track the latest AI methodologies and tooling, bring the best of them into Amazon Games, and act as an evangelist and change agent who shifts how teams work. - You build and operate high scale API infrastructure: you design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable and cost-efficient AI solutions using native AWS. - Ensure enterprise grade security, compliance, and responsible AI underpin every solution. About the team Amazon Games operates Luna, a cloud gaming service that makes it easy for anyone to play high-quality games on the devices they already own—including Fire TV and tablet devices, smartphones, tablets, web browsers, select smart televisions from LG and Samsung, and more--with no need to purchase new gaming consoles or equipment. Luna brings more than 50 games to Prime members at no additional cost, including GameNight, an evolving collection of more than 25 approachable, local multiplayer games designed to bring friends and family together in the living room. To play GameNight titles, simply scan a QR code on your TV and your smartphone becomes your controller. With simple and responsive touchscreen inputs and support for multiple local players, GameNight offers and easy and approachable way to play whether you’re an experienced gamer of a casual fan. Basic qualifications - Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent - 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience - 5+
