We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and support scalable, secure, and reliable software solutions. In this role, you will work across the full software development lifecycle and play a key part in delivering technology solutions that address complex business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build high-quality applications, improve existing systems, and support mission-critical services. This position requires strong technical expertise, sound engineering judgment, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. About the Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you will: Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. Participate in requirements gathering, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support. Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud-based services, and modern web applications. Develop backend services using C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core. Build and support frontend applications using React.js, JavaScript, and/or Angular. Analyze business and technical requirements to determine feasibility and recommend effective technical solutions. Implement secure coding practices and support compliance with security and data protection standards. Improve system performance, scalability, reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across development, test, and production environments. Contribute to automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and operational excellence. Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, flowcharts, API documentation, and code documentation. Participate in code reviews and promote best practices related to code quality, architecture, testing, and software design. Support high-availability, mission-critical systems operating in a 24x7 environment. Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, designers, and other engineering teams. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical knowledge-sharing, onboarding, and hiring initiatives. Stay current with emerging technologies, cloud platforms, modern frameworks, and AI innovations. About You: You are an experienced software engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building and supporting enterprise-grade applications. You have a strong foundation in software engineering principles and care deeply about building clean, secure, maintainable, and scalable solutions. You are analytical, customer-focused, and confident solving complex technical problems in production environments. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of professional software development experience, including web application development. Strong experience with .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, React.js, JavaScript, microservices, Azure Cloud Services, RESTful APIs, and AI technologies. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and software design patterns. Experience building backend applications and services using C#. Experience developing frontend applications with React.js and/or Angular. Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience building, deploying, and supporting complex production applications. Familiarity with Git, source-control best practices, automated testing, unit testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience supporting high-availability or mission-critical systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, or AI-enabled applications.
