About the Job We are looking to hire a Senior Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer to join our growing Battlespace Awareness team. This role owns the CI/CD and integration test infrastructure that keeps our command and control (C2) software reliable as it scales, and supports the observability stack — dashboards, metrics, and data pipelines that gives engineers and customers visibility into system health. You'll maintain what's running in production today and help lead the team's migration to next-generation infrastructure tooling. What You'll Do Support integration test CI/CD infrastructure Maintain and improve the team's current CI/CD systems Help lead the team's infrastructure using: Terraform, RKE2, ArgoCD, alongside traditional DevOps work (build systems, environment provisioning, release engineering). Support observability and data infrastructure Build and maintain Grafana dashboards and Prometheus metrics for system and test observability. Support integration with the team's Data Lake for test and system performance data. Required Qualifications Experience with Kubernetes and/or Docker Compose in a production environment. Experienced in GitHub branch management and release management practices. Hands-on CI software testing experience, especially with CircleCI. Experience with Grafana and Prometheus Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and ArgoCD Comfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude or Codex) as part of your day-to-day workflow. Proficient in Python or another object-oriented language Must be authorized to work in the United States. Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
