About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Sourcing Consultant In this role, you will: Lead and manage spend categories, develop strategies and negotiate contract for products, services, and suppliers Contribute to category saving targets for multiple categories and supplier performance Review and analyze contract data, business goals and market conditions to identify cost saving opportunities Determine deal strategy and control all aspects of contract negotiations and cost-effective supplier assessments Manage entire lease process from origination to final execution ensuring all required documents are received, filed, and executed Maintain all lease administration systems and prepare all lease agreements and related contractual documents ensuring are in compliance with policies and procedures Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to ensure appropriate language is used to achieve final lease documents Lead projects and mentor less experienced staff Research and respond to internal or external inquiries Required Qualifications: 4+ years of Sourcing, Procurement experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Experience in end-to-end strategic sourcing and RFx management , including supplier evaluation and selection. Strong experience in commercial negotiations and contract management , including contract drafting and negotiation. Demonstrated experience in supplier and stakeholder management , including executive stakeholder engagement. Experience conducting spend analysis, pricing analysis, market intelligence, and commercial assessments . Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex sourcing initiatives involving Legal, Technology, and Line of Business stakeholders. Experience identifying and mitigating third-party, commercial, contractual, and information security risks . Strong experience in Technology Sourcing , including software, SaaS, hardware, telecom, IT services, AI, cybersecurity, and cloud services. Experience managing technology suppliers and supplier performance/governance . Understanding of third-party risk and information security requirements . Experience working on complex commercial negotiations and multi-country sourcing initiatives . Category strategy development. Cloud sourcing experience across AWS, Azure, or GCP . Software licensing expertise. Experience supporting large-scale technology transformation initiatives. Financial services sourcing experience. Job Expectations: Manage end-to-end sourcing activities , from requirements gathering and RFx execution through supplier selection, negotiation, contracting, and implementation. Lead complex commercial and technology contract negotiations with suppliers. Partner with Legal, Technology, Risk, Information Security, and Line of Business stakeholders to execute sourcing deals. Manage supplier relationships, including supplier governance, performance management, and issue resolution . Perform spend, pricing, market, and supplier analysis to identify cost-saving and commercial improvement opportunities. Identify and mitigate supplier, contractual, third-party, and information security risks throughout the sourcing lifecycle. Project manage high-complexity, medium-to-high-volume sourcing deals and ensure activities are completed within agreed timelines. Support the development and execution of category and sourcing strategies . Drive sourcing initiatives across multiple countries and stakeholder groups, where applicable.
